The Sea Otter Research and Recovery Act passed in the House this afternoon! Yay! It supports research and recovery for the little otters. Of course now it has to pass the House. If you want to check it out www.seaotters.org. The sea otter is the largest species of the weasel family and the smallest marine mammal. I've never seen one because I've never been to the Pacific, but aren't they cute!
